The vacuum couch roll is located at the end of the wire section of the paper machine. It is composed of a roll body, a vacuum box, a bearing pedestal on the operation side and the drive side, a water spray pipe, an air cushion pipe, a worm gear, and a vacuum regulating valve. The roll shell is cast from bronze or stainless steel. The thickness of the roll shell is determined by the required stiffness and strength. Vacuum press can remove more water from the wet paper. Compared with ordinary press, vacuum press can improve the dryness of the paper, and the paper web is less crushed. The dehydration is more uniform along the width of the banner, and the blanket can maintain a stable and good state.

This roll size is Dia830mm x 3200mm (face length), shell is made by 304 stainless steel, vacuum box made by 316L stainless steel.
